Pizza for Birthday Parties and Private Events

Check our menu page to find your perfect selection. We suggest you choose between 3 and 6 pizzas - the most popular option is 4 or 5. You can make changes to any of the toppings if you like or add your own speciality pizza.

For a pizza for birthday party buffet service for up-to 80 guests our standard serving time is 2 hours. If you're planning an event of up-to 30 people we can bake individual pizzas however, this is a much slower method of service.  We're always happy to discuss timings and options with you. Service time does not include time to set-up and pack away. We'll plan that directly with you or your venue.

We can't bear the thought of you having sleepless nights worrying if you've ordered enough pizza! So, put the calculator away and simply tell us how many guests we need to feed and the style in which you'd like us to serve (buffet or single pizzas). We'll do the rest. Any dough that isn't eaten on a buffet will be baked, boxed and left for your guests to graze on or to take home. (Our pizzas are amazing either cold or reheated next day).

As part of our service we provide a menu which is personalised to you. It can feature your name(s)and any details about your event. It then lists your menu choices with topping and allergen information for your guests. We also provide individual details of the pizzas, their toppings and allergen information on the buffet table ensuring your guests have all the information they need. 

Depending on the type of event you are organising we can adapt our service style to suit. Buffet style is our standard service option allowing guests to return as often as they like, try the whole menu and allows us to keep the pizzas nice and fresh. We do offer the option to serve your buffet inside but this must be discussed at the time of booking and will entail additional staff costs. For smaller groups or for longer style events we can serve individual pizzas in boxes or on disposable plates.

For buffet style service we provide recyclable plates and napkins. Individual pizzas are served in pizza boxes or disposable plates as to your preference. We also provide a range of sauces including tomato sauce, mayonnaise, sweet chilli, chilli oil and olive oil for the crust dippers. A black pepper grinder is also provided. 

We cook and serve from a plain 3mtr gazebo. Our logo isn't featured anywhere - this is your special event not a marketing opportunity for us! The buffet table is attractively dressed and there are topiary bushes at the front corners. Depending on the size of your event we will provide from one to four members of staff.

We're a small family business that really care about the service we provide. From your first enquiry to the end of your event we'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have and offer any advise you might need. With over 20 years in the events business we know a thing or two and are happy to share if asked. We'll deal directly with your venue providing everything they need from the practical considerations to providing risk assessments and certificates. 

We believe our pricing offers exceptional value for money. We cant give you an exact price for your celebration until we have all the details - date, menu choices, number of guests, location and service time. Our prices start from £10 per person. Please note we do have a minimum spend for Fridays (£800) and Saturdays (£900) in May, June, July and August

Depending on the time of year we will ensure the area we serve from is suitably lit. However, you are able to add attractive festoon lighting to your package for a minimal charge. We can also offer background music but will require access to power to provide this service.
