Bespoke Pizza Company specialises in mobile pizza wedding catering. From £10 per guest

Check our menu page to find your perfect selection. We suggest you choose between 3 and 6 pizzas - the most popular options are 4 or 5. You can make changes to any of the toppings if you like or add your own speciality pizza.

Our standard serving time is 2 hours. This is generally long enough to feed an evening buffet for between 50 and 90 guests. However, we can serve for up-to 4 hours. We're happy to discuss timings with you and service time does not include time to set-up and take down. We'll plan that directly with your venue.

We can't bear the thought of you having sleepless nights worrying if you've ordered enough pizza! So, put the calculator away and simply tell us how many guests we need to feed and if we're providing the main meal of the day or additional evening food. We'll do the rest. Any dough that isn't eaten on the buffet will be baked, boxed and left for your guests to graze on or to take home. (Our pizzas are amazing either cold or reheated next day).

As part of our wedding pizza catering service we provide a menu which is personalised to you. It can feature your christian names or your married name. It then lists your menu choices with information for your guests. We also provide individual details of the pizzas, their toppings and allergen information on the buffet table ensuring your guests have all the information they need. 

Throughout the service your guests come to our gazebo where we lay out your pizzas on an attractive wooden table. Guests can return as often as they like. Serving buffet style gives your guests the opportunity to try the whole menu and allows us to keep the pizzas nice and fresh. We do offer the option to serve your buffet inside but this must be discussed at the time of booking and will entail additional staff costs.

We provide recyclable plates and napkins. We also provide a range of sauces including tomato sauce, mayonnaise, sweet chilli, chilli oil and olive oil for the crust dippers. A black pepper grinder is also provided. 

We cook and serve from a plain 3mtr gazebo. Our logo isn't featured anywhere - this is your special day not a marketing opportunity for us! The buffet table is attractively dressed and there are topiary bushes at the front corners. We provide a minimum of two members of staff for your wedding.

We're a small family business that really care about the wedding pizza catering we provide you. From your first enquiry to the end of your wedding day we'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have and offer any advise you might need. With over 20 years in the events business we know a thing or two and are happy to share if asked. We'll deal directly with your venue providing everything they need from the practical considerations to providing risk assessments and certificates. 

We believe our pricing offers exceptional value for money. We cant give you an exact price for your wedding pizza buffet until we have all the details - date, menu choices, number of guests, location and service time. Our prices start from £10 per person. Please note we have minimum spends for Fridays (£800) and Saturdays (£900) in May, June, July and August

Depending on the time of year we will ensure the area we serve from is suitably lit. However, you are able to add attractive festoon lighting to your package for a minimal charge. We can also offer background music but will require access to power to provide this service.
